Position Available for Sewer/Seamstress

Advanced Canvas & Upholstery INC. is one of the premier west coast fabrication shops for canvas and upholstery and we’re looking for a motivated individual to fill a full-time sewing position. Hands-on training for the right person with the right attitude.

Upholstery experience a plus

Competencies:

• Must have good interpersonal skills and work ethic and wants to work / needs a job
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to independently follow through on all assignments to completion

Conditions:

• Must be able move heavy canvas materials.
• Must be able to read and understand measurements and read a tape measure
• Must be able to stand and move about the shop for extended periods of time
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and speak English
• Must have a valid CA driver’s license
• Working hours are 8-5 (some overtime and flexibility)

Wage is hourly and is D.O.E.
